Prior to founding OCEANS Marketing in 2006, Shoto Zhu worked with FIFA to coordinate international football events such as the FIFA 2003 Women’s World Cup and the 2004 FIFA Futsal World Cup. In 2006, OCEANS Marketing became the sole marketing representative for FIFA and successfully assisted FIFA and China Football Association (CFA) with the operation and management of 2007 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Due in part to cooperation with domestic and international sports associations, OCEANS Marketing has developed into a full-service sports marketing agency specializing in marketing planning, consultancy services, event operations, PR strategy and copyright sales.
